1. Acceptance of Terms
By using CVPosh, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
CVPosh is an AI-assisted CV/resume builder with an ATS-style checklist score. We offer a free tier and a paid Pro tier.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the service
4. Free & Pro Plans
- Without an account: build a CV in your browser, run the job-match diagnosis and download a plain-text copy
- Free account: 1 saved CV and 1 PDF export (basic templates)
- Pro ($5/month, or $9 once for Lifetime): DOCX export, more PDF exports, all 25 templates, AI job-tailoring, more than one saved CV
Payments are processed by Polar. Monthly Pro renews each month until cancelled; to cancel, write to support@cvposh.com from your account email. Access continues until the end of the period already paid. Lifetime is a single payment.
5. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of the CV content you create. CVPosh retains rights to the platform, templates, and AI-generated suggestions.
7. Prohibited Use
- Creating fraudulent or misleading CVs
- Automated scraping or bulk access
- Reselling the service without authorization
8. Limitation of Liability
CVPosh is provided "as is". We are not liable for job application outcomes, ATS scoring accuracy (the ATS-style score is our own checklist and does not predict what any employer's system will do), or AI-generated content. Use your judgment when reviewing AI suggestions.
